- Jeri's Springer builds Front End for OCC's Jay Leno Bike

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Jeri's Springer builds Springer Front End for Jay Leno Bike Clearwater, FL, November 16, 2003 - Jeri's Springer Front End built the springer front end for the Orange County Chopper bike given to Jay Leno of NBC's Tonight Show live on air November 20, 2003. Jeri Exner owner of Jeri's Springer Front End was contacted by Paul Teutul Jr. in October 2003. Paul Jr. asked Jeri to make an "old school" style Springer Front End for the bike he was building for Jay Leno. The result was shown live on the Tonight Show on November 20,2003. The making of the bike was shown on the Discovery Channel's American Chopper program in February 2004. Jeri's Springer Front End builds custom springer front ends for motorcycles. Each front end is individually made to order for the customer's bike. Customers can choose between a "standard" and an "inverted" springer front end. The inverted is only made by Jeri's Springer. Jeri's Springer Front End was formed in 1999 when Jeri was contacted by an old friend who asked him if he could still remember how to build a springer front end. Jeri's wife took pictures of the project and built a website which four years later gets hundred of visitors a day from all over the world. Many of Jeri's customers build award winning custom bikes and some have been featured in magazines such as Easy Rider, Hot Rod Bike and The Horse. Jeri also built the front end for OCC's POW/MIA theme bike which was officially unveiled in Washington DC on Veterans Day (November 11, 2003).
